Grand documentOriginal passage from the "Grand document".

22 March 1596 (from Enkhuizen): “Numismata antiqua paucula nullius pretij et tuo Musaeo indigna habeo; minus hoc studio delector, cum quod sumptuosius: tum etiam quod minus mihi propserum: collegeram diversis temporibus et locis multos elegantes aeneos, argenteos et aureos nummos quos famulus meus, me febricitante mihi ademit. Interim si opineris penes me nonullos esse, promptè mittam ut et alia similia, quae cognovero tibi grata fore” (Minneapolis, University Libraries, Special Collections, University of Minnesota: James Ford Bell Library, 1596 fPa; Hessels 1887, no. 285, p. 677-679).
