-Lettre du 30 avril 1661 (de) : “Mi pare anche di rappresentare all’Illustrissimo che il libro dovrebbe uscire ricco di tutti i rovesci più rari che si trovano appresso chi si sia, senza restringersi alli propri di lei, poco importano à curiosi indipendentemente se le medaglie si trovano in una parte ò in un’altra, purché vere e antiche e lontane dal sospetto di inciampo” (It seems to me that the book should be issued enriched with all the rarest reverses, wherever they are and not only those in your possession.
