Lettre du 27 janvier 1748 (de Vienne): “Perlustravi numismata singula, numero 10766, cimelii collecti et in ordinem redacti a viro celeberr. Dno Apostolo Zeno. Inveni hoc cimelium omni numismatum specie dives ac insigne. Series Assium et Familiarum Romanarum prorsus elegans, perrara est ac plena. Aureorum series plane insignis ; in ea tametsi desint quaedam pauca capita e rarissimis, ea probe compensatur rarissimis aliis capitibus, praecipue regum Bospori Cimmerii. Argenteorum Augustalium series, plena, copiosa, eximia. Aeneorum series tres, omnes locupletes et insignes : Rarissimi illic numi, et maximi moduli, bene multi. Rari permulti Graecorum et Coloniarum vis magna et raritas egregia. Series parvi aereis, praecipue usque ad Gallienum, omnino praestantia ac raritate eminet. Regum et urbium numismata argentea, aeneaque magno numero, parique elegantia ac raritate adsunt.
