Lettre du 9 janvier 1749 (de Pise): "Si porta costà, per vedere le cose più rimirabili di codesta metropoli, il signor landgravio di Furstemberg, personaggio di qualificatissima nascita, e non meno adorno di belle cognizioni, che desideroso di farne sempre più acquisto più dovizioso. Il signor Seisinger che lo accompagna è un gentiluomo di singolarissimo merito. Io ardisco di supplicare V(ostra) S(ignoria) I(llustrissima) a farsi conoscere a codesto signore, riguardando io la di lei degna persona, come una delle cose più pregievoli di Firenze, e confidando ch'ella sia per contribuire all'accrescimento delle belle cognizioni al signor landgravio, spezialmente rispetto alla gran collezione delle medaglie della galleria imperiale che è costà" (Archivio Baldasseroni, Epistolario Cocchi, 110/3; Fileti Mazza - Tomasello 1996, p. 85).
