Lettre du 14 février 1747 (de Florence): "Giuseppe Buondelmonti fa divotissima riverenza all'eccellentissimo signor dottor Cocchi, e lo prega a volerli significare se le medaglie annesse al presente biglietto li sembrino moderne, se abbiano qualche pregio, e specialmente se la medaglia di Ottone sia falsa" (Archivio Baldasseroni, Epistolario Cocchi, 315/3; Fileti Mazza - Tomasello 1996, p. 78).
