Grand documentOriginal passage from the "Grand document".

'I have formerly sent you some things, but did not receive any account whether they came to your hands or not. There were lately found in my neighborhood by herd boyes 2 potts full of Roman Coyns, Julius Cæsar, Augustus, Vespasian, & some other of the Emperors & Generalls, I have 2 of them, which you shall receive by Mr Ford, & as many more as I can procure.' (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS Ashmole 1817a, ff.307-8; Burnett 2024, p. 20; transcription from EMLO)
