'Y^s returns you thanks for y^r favour of Jan’ the 26^th, & the two Chests of Racki & Visney, w^ch prove very Good, & Came very seasonably. I am glad to hear you have receivd the medals; I expect every day to hear How you approve of y^m. I have sent a smal parcel by the Rev^d M^r Melvil, w^ch I desire (as you find an Opportunity) you’l be pleased to Dispose of for me; being what I gatherd at several times for y^r good self, but (if I mistake not) are most of y^m in y^os two parcells I have already sent you. I have sett no price; not Knowing what they Cost me. As I recommend y^m to so good a Judge, I don’t doubt but y^t I shall rather be a Gainer yⁿ a Loser by y^m; &, at whatever price you please to Dispose of y^m for me, I shall be fully satisfyed, & think myself much obligd for the trouble I give you.'
