Grand documentOriginal passage from the "Grand document".

'Mr Sutherland has Let mee know how much I am indebted to your Goodness, in Endeavouring to procure me draughts of the Golden coines of Scotland, wherof he has sent me a most noble List. Resolving, if God continues my health, to print this Library, in one yntire vollume, I foresee ’twill make a tolerable Folio-Book, and I am assur’d the Stationer who undertakes the impression will not grudge the expense of a Copper plate or two, for the Advantage and Ornament of the work.'
