-Lettre du 22 décembre 1578 (de Tarragone): “El Maestro Alvar Gomez ha ganado por la mano a v. m. que me ha embiado todas las medallas que tiene de cоlonias, у municipios, y de reyes godos para enriquecer mis dialogos, donde trato dellas ; alli he visto las que alega Ambrosio de Morales, especialmente dos, la una Ermenegildo, y la otra de Acosta, que estan harto falsamente puestas. De Segobriga hay dos ; v. m. creo que tiene por cierto que no es Segorbe, y haze burla del pleyto de Valencia, no sè si con Segorbe, ò con Carthagena deseo saber que pueblo creeque es Segobriga, dela qual dize Plinío que es caput Celtiberiae, y Ptolomeo la pone en la Celtiberia cabe Ergavica, y en la misma Provincia ponen a Tarazona, y Bilbilis.
