'p. 75 [re. Walpole 1762 vol. 2; recte p. 83] Lord Arundel’s coins and medals came into the possession of Thomas, Earl of Winchelsea, and in 1656 were sold by his executors to Mr Thomas Hall. Query who this Hall was and how they have since descended.'
