-Lettre sans date ni lieu: Concerning some brass medals found in his neighbourhood (3 of them he takes to be Caligula’s). He gives descriptions of each with the legends on them, and his request is that O. should compare with those in his cabinet and see if the legends, heads, reverses, inscriptions, etc. of the emperors he has mentioned quadrate with the description others have given of them and tally with your originals. In particular he wishes to know why Caligula assumed the epithet Tetricus Sabinorum. (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS Rawl. C. 989 fol. 211).
