-Lettre du 12 juin 1685 (de Florence): “Io ho forastieri, che però le scrivo col rubbare un tantino di tempo. Ho comprato il libro del P. Arduino in Roma per 22. paoli, che però ella non darà altro incomodo al compitissimo P. Priore della Certosa. Il Sereniss. Gran Duca ha finalmente scritto, che comprerà tutte le medaglie che le mancano, e sono nel Museo Braccese, perchè gli eredi, che vogliono fare presto i bezzi, sono stati consigliati vendere il Museo alla spezzata. e la prego perdonarmi la brevità, perchè solo le scrivo acciò non mandi il libro ſudetto. E ringraziandola della iscrizione inviatami, le bacio le mani. Firenze 12. Giugno 1685” (Noris 1741, lettre C, col. 258).
