Grand documentOriginal passage from the "Grand document".

-Lettre du 3 octobre 1734 (d’Amsterdam): He has now leisure to work daily on his «Sicula» of which he is revising the part on coins for publication. He finds the unpublished version very erratic. Among further various details he mentions that Vlamingius’ elder son has at last been discharged from hospital. (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS D’Orville 500, f° 102).
