-Lettre du 15 octobre 1705 (de ?) : « Le Chevalier ffountain èst arrive en ce pay icy, pour attrapèr des Medailles, pour moy je n’ay a jammais Marchandizè en ce traffique la. J’avois bien de la joy de savoir de vous Monsr que Monsgr della Torre Eveque d’ Adria, Monsigr Bianchini et Sigr ffontanini etoient enbonne santè. Ils sont tous trois des mes amis intimes, après la mort du Cal Noris ces Messrs sont les plus savants en Italie pour l’Antiquitie, et quant al honnettetie ils sont sans pareils, je voudrois que fficaroni eut tant de bonne foy, mais il est amis de Chevalier et illi optimum quod utilissimum est » (Nationale Bibliotheek, Hague, 72 H 21, f° 65–6 ; Burnett 2020b, p. 1607).
