-Lettre du 2 décembre 1795: “celle de Vitellius d’Ilium qui en est le chef d’oeuvre” ; “Le pretendu Vitellius, c’est la seule medaille fausse que j’aye trouvee double, elle vous donnera une idée du genre de falsification qui a mis M(onsieur) Sestini dans les excès de la credulité.
