13 March 1655 (from Rome): “Il Duca di Arschot passa 40 anni sono (ebbe) un Studio di medaglie da Ottaviano Sada per 12 m(ila) scudi e pure havendone io visto l’inventario non erà la metà del mio”; his collection is much better: “essendo molto maggiore la spesa ch’io, oltre le fatighe e diligenze fattevi in tutto los patio della mia vita” (see Missere Fontana 2009, p. 246, note 68, p. 298-299, p. 309).
