6 Feb. 1633: “S’il se trouvait (nb: to the fair of Frankfurt) à vendre quelque exemplaire des œuvres de Golzius bien assorti, je serois bien aise d’apprendre pour quel prix on s’en pourrait redimer pour un ami qui m’en a prié. Il me semble que depuis que l’on a réimprimé en Flandres les volumes plus rares, la cherté en était beaucoup diminuée. Cependant si l’on trouvait là la Dactyliotheca de Gorlaeus in-4° et un certain petit supplément qu’il avait fait des médailles des familles romaines, je vous prie de me faire acheter l’un et l’autre le plus tôt que vous en pourrez avoir la commodité, ensemble les discours de Sebastiano Erizzo in 4° sur les médailles, encore qu’il fusse frippé, pourvu qu’il ne soit point trop gâté ni imparfait, j’en pourrais accommoder un ami qui en a grande envie ; sinon il le faudra faire venir d’Italie” (Carpentras, vol. 717, fol. 200; Tamizey de Laroque 1890, II, no. 92, p. 435).
