-Lettre du 3 mars 1703 (de Copenhague) : « Praesidem Te Societati Antiquariae Berolinensi Regiae factum percepi; ex animo gratulor: nullum Te Illustriorem et diligentiorem aut doctiorem praecere poterant. Si qua re Societatem illam Illustrem juvare potero, me paratissimum invenies. Legisti, nisi fallor, quae de nummo tetradrachmo argenteo Constantini M. rarissimo, et forte unico in thesauris nummariis, quos hactenus videre mihi licuit, disserui in Novis literariis Lubecensibus, quem Vestrae Societati offero, non solum, sed et aliam meam supellectilem curiosiorem, quam magnis sumtibus collegi in itineribus meis, dum γόνυ χλωρον, et a Parente etiam meo b. m. hereditariam possideo, Numismata, Naturalia, Artificialia, Conchylia, omnis generis rariora, quae ad museum curiosum pertinere possunt, illic reperiuntur.
