-Lettre du 5 février 1672 (de Paris) : (traduite du français) « [….] Per quanto appartiene a Monsieur Patin io le ho scritto [….] à Strasbourg, e fattogli rimprovero del mancamento contro di voi, et vostro famoso gabinetto. Io non so come egli habbia fatto questo errore, il defunto Trincet du Fresne avendo parlato tante volte delle vostre rarità.
