'Tho' Dr. Hudson be not really Head Librarian (by reason of his Marriage), yet he takes upon him to act not only as such but much more. He does there what he pleases, without Consent of ye Curators. He takes out Books & afterwards Disposes of them at his own pleasure, without giving Acct for them. He hath done the like by the Coyns. He hath taken every Coyn out of Archbp Laud's Archives, & mix'd them with others, & some he hath quite conuey'd off, to ye great Disgrace of himself, & to the unpardonable injury of ye Archbishop's Memory.'
