'Laud's Archives in the Picture-Gallery, in wch Archives there now are kept only some printed Books in Sheets, and some Boxes, in which were formerly preserved Archbp Laud's Coyns, tho' Dr. Hudson, soon after he was elected Librarian, had them taken out and mix'd with Freke's Coyns, in the mixing of which one Masson, a Frenchman, was imployed.'
